What is this Course?
The aim of this professional diploma is to arm candidates with critical and time sensitive skills in mediation, arbitration and negotiation to be deployed and utilised in a range of environments to help identify, recognise and neutralise conflict in the workplace.
Dispute resolution is one of the fastest-growing fields and academic disciplines both in Ireland and internationally. This 10-week professional course is tailored for participants and professionals aiming for corporate careers in the HR, Legal, Sales or Operations sides of the business, or for those identified for leadership development training.
Assessment for this programme is based on a 2,500-word assignment, in addition to practical applications of the skills learned, conducted in-class.
