Dr. Yaser Alashqar
Dr. Alashqar is Lecturer in the School of Law at Independent College. His teaching and research focus on law and dispute resolution, including mediation, negotiation, international arbitration, conflict analysis, and academic research skills. With a PhD at Trinity College in Dublin, Dr. Alashqar is an experienced academic and has delivered a wide range of courses and learning programmes at Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin and Dublin City University. He has also published many academic papers, and continues to work on training and educational projects with European universities, government institutions and international organizations. His forthcoming publication is related to alternative dispute resolution in law and the comparative models of arbitration, negotiation and mediation.
