Accommodation
Before a student comes to study with us, we can help to organise their accommodation. There are two types of accommodation options:
Homestay
Homestay accommodation is available to our students, all year round. Our homestays are in safe, residential suburbs of Dublin and are easily accessible by public transport. All of our homestays have been carefully selected by our Accommodation Team.
Homestay accommodation is available on a half board basis. Students can choose a single, double or twin bedroom. There is also the option of a private bathroom, subject to availability. Please note that homestay accommodation is not available in the city centre.
Apartment Accommodation

Cost of Living & Subsistence estimates
Cost of living and subsistence estimates are best referenced by referring to the Irish Council for International Students website information and advice section entitled Cost of Living for Students in Ireland. Estimates for Dublin can range from €15,000 to €20,000 per year, and the page refers to living and subsistence costs for accommodation, food, transport, and socialising. Our Admissions and Student Support team are also happy to help with any queries in this area.
